Civil War Trails. The town of Mosheim has sponsored two Plaques on the Civil War Trail. The 1st Plaque is located in front of Food Country on West Andrew Johnson Highway/11E. This plaque describes the Battle of Blue Springs, Civil War Battle that was fought in this area. The
second Plaque is located on Potterstown Road at the Harmon Cemetery describing the Bridge Burners during the Civil War.
Brown Springs Baptist Church - Located on Brown Springs Road. Church also has a large Fellowship hall that can be reserved for private functions.
Mosheim Central Methodist Church - Located on Main Street. This church operates the Community Outreach Center.
Public Schools - Mosheim has three public schools, while technically these are Greene County Schools, they serve the Mosheim Community
Mosheim Elementary School - Teaching Kindergarten through 5th grade. Located on 297 West School Street adjacent to the Middle
School.
Mosheim Middle School - Teaches the 6th grade through 8th Grade. Shares a mailing address with the Elementary School, 297 West
School Street
West Greene High School - Located at 275 West Greene Street. Teaches the 9th through 12th grades. The current school Mascot is the
Buffalo
Telemon Migrant School - Located at 100 Erin Lane. We provide literacy and early childhood education, childcare, job training, emergency services, temporary or permanent housing opportunities, mortgage assistance and a number of others.

Billy Myers Memorial Park - Located adjacent to the Mosheim Middle School. This Public Park includes a Walking Track, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, a Covered Pavilion with Picnic Tables and Restrooms.
Anna Sue Ward Park - Located on Main Street across from the Elementary/Middle School Entrance. This park is owned by Mosheim Central
Church. This park includes a nice fenced-in Children's Playground with an assortment of Playground Equipment, a Covered Pavilion, Picnic Tables, Barbeque Grills and Rest Rooms. Park can be reserved for Private Parties by calling Carla

Harmon Cemetery Park - Civil War Trails Park, Cemetery from Civil War era containing many Civil War Veterans Graves. Located on
Pottertown Road.
Annual Mosheim Fun Days - Held the first full weekend of June. This all day event on Saturday includes Food and Craft booths, Corn Hole Tournaments, Line Dancing, Gospel music, Country Music, Southern Rock Music, a
Beauty Pageant, Car Show, Playground Blow-ups, Kids Games. the day closes out with a spectacular Fireworks show.

Mosheim Ruritan Club
This club meets once a month, is community oriented helping WGHS Seniors by providing Scholarships, Annual donations to the 2 Fire Depts. Their main fundraiser is a breakfast on the 1st Saturday of every month.
Mosheim Community Outreach Center. Center is Sponsored by the Mosheim central Methodist Church, Located on Main Street. This center will give free food, clothing and/or supplies for qualifying needy families. Open
Monday 9 am to Noon or Thursday from 1 pm to 4 pm. Volunteer operated. Donations accepted.
